Wildfires are one of the biggest risks for the citizens living inside the Oak Cliff Fire Protection District. Large areas of the district are undeveloped, and when grass fires start they can move swiftly into developed neighborhoods.
The Oak Cliff Fire Department is experienced in fighting these kind of fires, but the best protection for the public is to prepare before these fires start.
